Joe was the Managing Director of SB Life Sciences Equity Management LLC, a $100 million bio/medical technology fund, and President of Singapore Bio-Innovations.  Mr. Chow has over 10 years of experience as a venture capitalist focusing on life sciences and holds an M.S. in biochemical engineering and an M.B.A. in finance from M.I.T.
