We create venture funds that invest in late-stage medical technologies start-up companies to generate superior returns.  Our key differentiator from other venture funds is our ability to parachute into an invested company and drive financeable milestones to grow our funds’ investment.  This is possible because our team consists of strong medical technology operational experts: executives who have founded and successfully exited from similar companies.  In addition, our on-the-ground partners throughout North America, Europe and Asia have an incredible ability to identify, source, assess and manage investments.

One fund we are developing is a private fund which we are targeting to eventually list on a major European exchange.

We are also developing an eligible business corporation (EBC) in British Columbia, Canada.  Investors who choose to invest in an EBC receive a 30% tax refund in the first year of investment.

Although not a fund per se, we have also created a capital pool corporation (CPC) on the Toronto Stock Exchange’s Venture exchange that enables us to identify and roll a private medical technology company into the public market.
